  • Returns must be received within 14 DAYS from order’s delivery date. No exceptions will be made. 

  • We will refuse packages received after this time frame, without notice

  • Clothing must be UNWORN & UNWASHED WITH TAGS ATTACHED. Item(s) will not be accepted otherwise

  • SHOES must be returned in all original packaging (Do not write on/attach labels/stickers or tape the box-Box must be in returnable condition)

  • Please carefully wrap items being returned as to not dirty or damage

  • Defective clothing must be reported within 3 DAYS of receipt & must be unwashed/unworn with tags attached

  • Defective clothing will be exchanged for same item/size/color

  • We thoroughly inspect every item shipped. We reserve the right to refuse any return that we believe has been intentionally damaged. 

  • All items from our Sale Section are FINAL SALE, no returns or exchanges. No exceptions will be made. 

  • Rewards coupon codes are non-refundable

  • Expedited shipping is non-refundable

  • We are not responsible for lost returned packages & we highly recommend keeping your tracking number

  • Once we receive your return, item(s) will be inspected for signs of wear & use. If it is returnable, we will refund your method of payment within 2-3 business days. If item is not in perfect condition, items will be returned to sender, after which no refund will be issued.
